  3. Ticketing Portal
    This is the documentation on how to access the customer support portal for your tickets. This will give you an overview of submitting new tickets, responding to tickets, and reviewing existing tickets.

  4. RIAA Installer
    This is the installer for the production system. Please be sure to read the installation instructions. After the installation, a user must run RIAA the first time using the 'Run As Administrator' so that the agency selection is saved.

  9. Team Viewer
    TeamViewer is used by our support team to allow us to view your screen when you have issues. If requested, please run the program from the link below. You will need to provide us the access code and password before we can view your screen.

  10. Vendor Account Number Masks
    Each vendor can have a mask setup for their account number. This allows RIAA to enforce how account numbers are entered in the system. This documentation explains how to configure the account number masks.
